Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Erwin Tulfo with Assistant Secretary Rommel Lopez, inspect a modular tent donated by Pitmaster. The DWSD received 2,000 modular tents during a signing ceremony held inside the DSWD National Resource Operations Center in Pasay City on Monday.
