The Philippine Wushu Colleges and Clubs Association inducts its newly elected officers on Saturday at the Binondo Plaza in Chinatown, Binondo, Manila.
The induction, scheduled at 11 a.m., will follow a luncheon and the first meeting of the PWCCA Board of Directors.
Newly elected PWCCA President Elaine Chong will be inducted into office, together with her selected Vice Presidents and members of the Board of Directors coming from the different clubs and schools (high schools and universities).
Invited to induct the PWCCA Board of Directors are the Federation of School Sports Association of the Philippines菲律賓大學體育聯合會 president Edwin C. Fabro, in the presence of the Philippine Inter-School Sport Association菲律賓中學體育聯合會 president and FESSAP Chairman of the Board Alvin Tai Lian and FESSAP Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Membership Committee, Prof. Robert Milton A. Calo.
Invited as keynote speaker is Atty. Maria Luz Arzaga-Mendoza, a member of the International University Sports Federation Legal Committee and FESSAP Legal Adviser. A magna cum laude and a former Philippine National swimmer, Atty. Mendoza had participated in many international competitions and international conferences and forums.
