AyalaLand Logistics posts P780-m income

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) said net income in 2021 rose 11 percent to P780 million on the strong demand for industrial lots and increased leasable areas.

ALLHC, the developer and operator of industrial parks and real estate logistics facilities, said revenues also increased seven percent to P3.99 billion.

The company attributed the positive performance on the reopening of the economy which helped improve overall business activity.

“Despite the ongoing crisis, ALLHC showed commendable operations in 2021. Our performance remained sound and we posted healthy growth, enabling us to carry on with our growth aspirations. We are optimistic that business activity will continue to improve this 2022,” said ALLHC president and chief executive Rowena Tomeldan.

The company In 2021 ventured into the cold storage marketing by acquiring two facilities. The purchases added 7,300 pallet positions into its portfolio and registered revenues of P49 million from the new segment.
