Complainant Gary Santos Garcia stands with lawyer Gab Olandesca after they filed a lawsuit with the Office of the Ombudsman against Malabon City Mayor Lenlen Oreta II and his wife, Chef Melissa Grace S. Oreta, for alleged nepotism and violation of the Graft and Corrupt Practices and the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees on Friday.
