Distribution utilities and electric cooperatives from all over the country sent their linemen to support the organic teams of Aboitiz Power Corp. distribution utility subsidiary Visayan Electric Co. in the repair and restoration of power lines. Visayan Electric aims to restore 80 percentr of power to customers in almost all urbanized areas within the franchise by January 10 next year.
