A woman weaves a unique cloth for the Ibagiw Festival, which showcases the skills of artists in various forms as it celebrates Baguio City being awarded as one of UNESCO’s Creative Cities. The two-week-long art exhibition features works in weaving, painting, performing arts, metal craft, mixed media, dance and music at the Heritage Park, Dominican Hill, Baguio.
