Comediennes Candy Pangilinan, Giselle Sanchez, and Kim Molina band for the show The Titas of Manila, where the three will poke fun and present new insights into those who fall under the age bracket.
“Titas are generally considered to be older ladies with peculiar traits. They can be strict or sexy, smart or meddlesome and a lot of other things,” says Candy.
From Viva Live, the standup comedy concert is directed by Andrew de Real and will be held at the Music Museum tomorrow, Nov. 22.
“We will present new insights into the ever-growing and intensifying habits of these lovable segment of society. The show will last for two-and-a-half hours or even three hours depending on our ad-libs,” Giselle says in jest.
The three all-around screen and stage personalities wanted to invite the audience to their intimate party where they will present all the kinds of Titas of Manila.
“I’m a Tita-in-training, Giselle is a reluctant Tita of Manila, and Candy, she’s the epitome of these lovable Titas of Manila,” Kim adds.
