The National Bureau of Investigation has arrested PO2 Jhune Restie Elias Olarte, a policeman assigned to the PNP Malabon Police District for the illegal sale of firearms during a buy-bust operation in Quezon City on Oct. 11. The suspect was able to obtain high-caliber guns.
