Ayala Land Premier, the luxury residential brand of property giant Ayala Land Inc., has ventured into Quezon City with the development of two-tower condominium projects called Parklinks Towers, which are expected to generate as much as P26.7 billion in sales.
ALP said in a press briefing Parklinks North Tower launched in November last year was now 70 percent sold out and that plans were under way to build the Parklinks South Tower over the next few weeks.
The Parklink Towers is located within the 35-hectare mixed-use projects at the boundary of Pasig and Quezon City, which are jointly being developed by ALI and Eton Properties Philippines Inc., the real estate unit of tycoon Lucio Tan.
The joint venture earlier committed to invest P53 billion on the estate’s development over the next ten years.
Parklinks North Tower is expected to generate as much as P12.7 billion in sales while Parklinks South Tower will raise over P14 billion in revenues.
Parklinks North Tower is a 55-story condominium offering 280 units. From a starting average price of about P280,000.00 per square meter, units in Parklinks North Tower are now being sold at P 320,000.00 per sq. m., marking a 15-percent increase in value.
Units at Parklinks North Tower will range from 70 to 306 sq. m. priced from P22 to P120 million. The tower also offers a limited selection of special residences.
The four-bedroom sky villa, with only nine available units of this type, offers a rare residence on the highest floors with an expanded living and dining experience as well as a master suite almost as large as a one-bedroom unit.
The three-bedroom horizon villa, with only two units of this type, is an expansive bi-level unit with a sizable veranda at the 45th and 46th floors.
Parklinks North Tower is expected to begin unit turnovers by the third quarter of 2025.
Parklinks Towers is ALP’s first residential condominium project in Quezon City. It is also the only residential development in Parklinks that will have access to Parklinks Mall and the River Esplanade.
Set to open in 2023 along C-5, the 5-storey premium lifestyle Parklinks Mall will provide 51,000 sq.m. of leasable space.
It will have a sports center, an entertainment zone with six cinemas, office spaces and a diverse mix of retail and dining options. The River Esplanade, meanwhile, will be an open civic park with riverside dining establishments.
