Top Line Business Development Corp. has signed a sublease agreement for a 30-million-liter fuel depot facility in Cebu to build a strategic logistics and storage hub.
The listed fuel distributor and retailer said its subsidiary, Topline Logistics and Development Corp., signed the deal with Lu Do & LuYm Group for the depot facility.
The company expects the first phase of the project, which involves refurbishing and optimizing the facility, to finish by the fourth quarter of 2026.
Once completed, the depot will increase the company’s storage capacity by about 300 percent from its current 10-million-liter capacity, strengthening logistics operations and supply chain reliability.
The expanded storage capacity will support the continued growth of Top Line’s Light Fuels service station network and commercial fuel operations.
“We are entering our next phase of growth, and the Top Line Energy Complex is a cornerstone for our continued expansion,” Top Line chairman, president and chief executive Eugene Erik Lim said.
