2 NBI offices in Bataan approved

Balanga City, Bataan—The Sangguniang Panlalawigan, led by Vice Governor Cris Garcia, has approved the establishment of 2 more offices of the National Bureau of Investigation in Bataan.

The provincial legislative body unanimously passed two resolutions authorizing Gov. Abet Garcia to enter into an agreement for the setting up of an NBI district office in Orani and an NBI satellite office at the Freeport Area of Bataan in Mariveles, respectively.

A tripartite agreement will be inked among the provincial government of Bataan, the Orani local government/Freeport Area of Bataan, and the NBI.

The first NBI satellite office is already operating at the provincial capitol compound.
