Megaworld Corp., the biggest lessor of office spaces, expects to generate P12 billion in sales from a newly-launched residential condominium development within the 12.3-hectare Arcovia City in Pasig.

Megaworld said in a statement Arcovia Palazzo, the second residential development it launched in Arcovia, would be composed of three residential towers—the 40-story Altea Tower, 45-story Benissa Tower and the 49-story Cantabria Tower. The whole development will offer a total of 1,472 units.

The project will have a wide variety of residential units ranging from studio with or without balcony at size of up to 32 square meters; one-bedroom with or without balcony (up to 46.5 sq. m.); two-bedroom with balcony (up to 77 sq. m.); and three-bedroom with balcony (up to 193.5 sq. m).

Select bi-level units for one-bedroom and two-bedroom are also available—up to 107 sq. m. for one-bedroom, and 139 sq. m. for two-bedroom.

Scheduled for completion in 2025, Arcovia Palazzo’s amenities will include an infinity pool with pool deck, pavilion, Jacuzzi, game room, fitness center, daycare center, outdoor seating lounge, children’s playground, function rooms and a multi-purpose lawn.

At the towers’ ground level will be retail spaces that will have direct views of the iconic Arco de Emperador, the township’s own landmark.

Arcovia Palazzo is designed by UK-based world-renowned architectural firm, Broadway Malyan.

Megaworld last year launched the first residential development in Arcovia City—the 37-story 18 Avenue de Triomphe, which offers 576 units worth P4 billion.

The tower, due for completion in 2023, is almost sold out after construction began.

Megaworld earlier allotted P35 billion over the next 10 years to develop Arcovia into a mixed-use township development.

Arcovia is envisioned as an environmentally friendly master planned community with residential towers, office towers, commercial developments and parks.

A main “green” feature of the project is the 1,000 Narra trees that will be planted around the township to serve as natural shades to the surroundings.
