KMC, the Philippines’ largest provider of flexible offices and coworking space, announced the opening of four new locations nationwide.

It said the new sites in Cebu, Clark, Fort Bonifacio and Ortigas will have a total of 11,157 seats.

The largest and most ambitious expansion will be in Cebu, as the flexible workspace provider adds 970 seats.

The newest KMC workspaces in Cebu IT Park is hosted at the premium-grade Skyrise 4B. Located on the 16th and 17th levels of the building, each floor will feature co-working spaces, private offices, training rooms, breakout areas and large open event spaces designed to cater for events and corporate functions.

Similar to all KMC spaces, its expansion in Cebu IT Park will feature plug-n-play capability with 24/7 onsite IT support.
