D.M. Wenceslao secures P4.3 billion in reservation sales

Property and construction company D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc. said Thursday its newly-launched four-tower residential condominium project MidPark Towers generated P4.3 billion in reservation sales.

DMWAI said in a disclosure to the stock exchange it sold 278 units from the first two buildings of MidPark Towers, representing a 90-percent percent take-up out of 309 units launched in November 2018.

The units were sold at an average selling price of P250,000 per square meter.

“The overwhelming response from homebuyers of MidPark Towers exceeded our expectations,” DMWAI chief executives Delfin Angelo Wenceslao said.

“This reflects strong demand for quality homes and real estate investment opportunities among Filipinos and foreigners,” he said.

MidPark Towers is a four 15-story residential development in Aseana City in Parañaque.

The company said that following the success of the first two towers, the third tower would be released and available for purchase beginning June 2019. 

It will house 204 residential units with base prices starting at P10.8 million or P275,000 per sqm for the smallest 40-sqm studio units.  It was 25 percent higher than the launch price of P220,000 per sqm for the first two towers.  All four towers are slated for completion by 2023.

Centrally located in Aseana City, MidPark Towers is bordered by two main avenues”•Aseana Avenue and Macapagal Boulevard. 

The property is within walking distance from Ayala Malls Bay Area and the planned Light Rail Transit Aseana station.
