Philippines Airlines said it is operating on full regular flight schedules for both domestic and international route networks despite the peak travel summer season.
“Our flights and airport operations remain normal at our hubs in Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao,” PAL said.
PAL issued a statement in response to numerous queries from the public and its passengers amid flight cancellations of rival Cebu Pacific.
“We are ready and willing to work in concert with the government authorities, in particular the Department of Transportation, the airport authorities and the Civil Aeronautics Board, to provide support and relief to the traveling public during this peak travel summer season” PAL said.
“To this end, we are sustaining our recently implemented increases in flight frequencies on key routes and we will do our best to operate these in a timely manner for the benefit of the public, guided always by the highest standards of service and safety, above all,” the airline added.
