Paraws with colorfully painted sails line up the shore of Station 2 in Boracay Island for the 3rd Paraw Biniray Festival. The painted sails are the local artists’ depiction of the story and the rich culture of Boracay. The festival coincides with the Sustainability Week celebration on the island in line with the 1st year anniversary of the Boracay rehabilitation. DENR-SCIS
