Phirst’s 1,000 homes

PHirst Park Homes Tanza in Cavite, the first horizontal development launched under Century Properties Group’s affordable housing brand, is constructing 1,000 homes and has completed more than 250 units to date. The company also achieved a 100-percent unit acceptance rating with buyers from the turnover of the first 100 homes.  As of end-2018, PHirst Park Homes Tanza has sold 1,566 units with a sales value of P2.2 billion.
