Quezon City Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte sits beside poinsettias in full bloom during the Hortikultura Filipina 2019 garden show at the Quezon City Memorial Circle on Friday. The show is a food, arts, and plants festival of the Philippine Horticulture Society, which runs from February 01 to 10.
