Starting the year right with a bowl of ramen

In Asian culture, noodles in whatever form and however prepared are an integral part of any celebration as they imbibe good luck and long life. Welcoming the New Year with noodles is a good way of beckoning good karma into one’s life.

Traditions aside, noodles are a great treat to enjoy any day of the year, any time of the day.

Kitsho Japanese Restaurant offers noodles in the form of six savory bowls of ramen. Not only do they chase the chill and blues out of cold weather but also satiate cravings with their delicious broth, tasty noodles, and meat morsels.

Concocted with different stock bases, each flavorful bowl offers a distinct epicurean experience. Those who prefer a more soup-based ramen could opt for the Miso Ramen bowl with its lingering green onion aftertaste. Others who prefer some zing should opt for either the Tantanmen or Negi varieties.
