Parañaque-Carson sisterhood

Delegates from Carson, California arrived in Parañaque City Thursday as part of the sisterhood pact and economic trade mission between the two cities. Carson City Mayor Alfredo Robles and City Councilor Elito Santarina, head of the delegation, were welcomed by Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez, his wife Janet, Councilor Marvin Santos, PIO chief Mar Jimenez and other city officials. After a short program, Robles and Olivarez exchanged flags of both cities and proceeded to the formal opening of a commemorative marker.
