Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez (left, wearing a barong), assisted by City Administrator Ding Soriano, distributes the certificates of lot award to 43 landless families as beneficiaries of the city government’s Land for the Landless Program. The families came from the villages of Scarlet Ibaba, Barangay Moonwalk and Matatdo Green Heights in Barangay San Isidro.
