“‹House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (center)graces the blessing of the newly renovated Annex Building of the Romana Pangan District Hospital in Floridablanca, Pampanga funded by the European Union. The new building houses the Emergency Room, Out Patient Department, Dental, X-Ray, Laboratory, OB-Surgical Ward and Patient Rooms and will provide health services to the residents of Floridablanca and nearly towns. The hospital was named after the paternal grandmother of Speaker Arroyo, Romana Pangan, mother of the late President Diosdado Macapagal.
