From establishing the image of Japanese dining that only consists of basic restaurant setting, Tokyo Tokyo decided to take it to another level by providing customers an authentic Japanese restaurant vibe.
After months of expansive remodeling, the Japanese fast-food chain has opened its flagship store in Trinoma, featuring a fresh, vibrant look.
The modern style of the restaurant’s facade was inspired by Japanese Fusuma Screens and neo-pop anime culture of Japan streets, thus achieving the ambiance of street-style dining.
The main dining area, also called the Chef’s Kitchen Dining Room, features a contemporary style. It is connected to a bar counter that leads to the perfect view of the Master’s Open Kitchen.
The central service area, on the other hand, is wide and evokes a warm vibe.
JJ Acuna, the multi-awarded architect and interior designer of JJ Acuna / Bespoke Studio said this new concept can be seen as a next-generation version of Tokyo Tokyo. He also distinctively designed the restaurant to have two large dining rooms: the Garden Room and the Tatami Room.
Coinciding with the new store concept launch, Tokyo Tokyo has also unveiled new food items exclusively available at its Trinoma branch.
Tempura Dragon Maki, Crazy Kani Maki, Chicken Teriyaki Salad and Waffle Bowl sundaes await customers craving a complete package of delicious Japanese fare and amazing dining place.
Tokyo Tokyo plans to renovate all its 60 store locations nationwide.
