The Imperium, Ortigas & Company’s new residential tower in the Capitol Commons estate, was recently awarded the best luxury condo architectural design at the 2018 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

With only four units to a floor, the 62-storey tower has elegantly-appointed rooms rendered in two to three-bedroom configurations, as well as larger suites.
The tower employs a 57 percent glass-to-concrete ratio for energy efficiency.
Its double-glazed windows also allow for noise reduction, thermal efficiency, and weather insulation benefits.
The Imperium is also held in place by building technology designed to withstand the impact of a strong typhoon or earthquake. Complementing the edifice ’s architectural features are the cosmopolitan offers of Capitol Commons, a mix of retail, business, dining, and entertainment hotspots.
