Malacañang assured the public that President Rodrigo Duterte’s health is good and that he had just suffered from “migraine” while onboard the plane back from Seoul, South Korea this week.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the chief executive threw up on a flight back to Manila but is now in good health.

Roque said that Duterte’s “migraine” is related to an earlier motorcycle accident that he suffered, saying “it comes and goes.”

“And I know many people with problems with migraine, that is the nature of the problem of migraine,” Roque told reporters.

Duterte himself said on Tuesday night that he had a migraine attack that prevented him from greeting Filipino passengers on the plane.

Out of the several trips he had been with the President, Roque said it was the first time that Duterte had a migraine attack in the plane.
