The Commander in Chief, President Rodrigo Duterte, and the newly installed Presidential Guard Commander Col. Jose Eriel Niembra, execute a smart salute as the Philippine National Anthem is played during the PSG Change of Command Ceremony at the Malacañang Park on Wednesday. Niembra replaced outgoing PSG Commander Brig. Gen. Lope Dagoy, who will be the head of the 802nd Brigade Command in Leyte. The President congratulated Dagoy for his successful tour of duty as PSG commander.
