In a Health Forum at the Philippine International Convention Center former Department of Health Dr. Esperanza Cabral delivered a special message on the Universal Healthcare, and discussed the ‘Golden Age of Health Infrastructure’ where the government builds resiliency not only the infrastructure but more importantly, its people to fully achieve social and economic development.
