Bureau of Customs Commissioner Isidro Lapeña (left), along with Port of Manila District Collector lawyer Erastus ’Dino’ Austria, inspects various misdeclared goods from China with an estimated market value of P21 million seized by Bureau of Customs at the Port of Manila. Lapeña said the shipments arrived on separate dates and are consigned to IT Malingo Trading Corp., Abundance Prime Chemicals Trading Corp., Archeson Trading, Sto. Niño Marketing and Fastworth Marketing.
