In support of the 10-Point Agenda on Health of Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, the Department of Surgery of the Ospital ng Sampaloc recently held its yearly “Operation Tule” at the 7th floor Hospital Auditorium with hospital director Dr. Leonora Pascual and its division heads through Dr. Stephen F. Marcelo, department of surgery head. The city provided free circumcision to 97 boys who previously passed the necessary screening and who did not have any associated medical or neurological problems.
