Book of Gospels

Pope Francis holds the book of the gospels at St Peter’s basilica in Vatican.

After the Vigil, the Pope delivered the ‘Urbi et Orbi’ blessing  to the city and the world after the Easter Mass on April 1, 2018. Christians around the world are marking the Holy Week, commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, leading up to His resurrection on Easter.
