Makati Mayor Abby Binay leads the ceremonial launch and distribution of the ready-to-use Makatizen Card on Saturday, at the Covered Court on Floraville Street in Barangay Rizal. The first batch of Makatizen Cards was distributed to 1,000 residents of Barangay Rizal who have passed pre-screening and successfully registered for the program. Registered merchants, including fish ball vendors and GCash outposts, were on hand to allow the new cardholders to experience the Makatizen Card’s efficacy in real-time.
