ARRESTED. NBI operatives arrest Anselmo Ico, a suspect in exploiting five minors, including a baby, a two-year-old and a 16-year-old which were rescued in Malolos, Bulacan last March 8, 2018, following an entrapment operation led by Malolos PNP, Norwegian police and the US Homeland Security.
