Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan officiates a mass wedding held on Valentine’s Day at the city’s sports complex in Bagumbong. According to civil registrar Lucena Flores, the number of couples reached 908. Meanwhile in Mandaluyong City, Luisito and Teresita Pillas (inset) renewed their vows as Mayor Menchie Abalos feted the city’s couples celebrating their silver and golden wedding anniversaries at the Atrium of Mandaluyong’s Executive building.
