This corner features pets of animal lovers every week. We hope new owners and those thinking of getting a pet will be encouraged to be responsible “furparents” through these features. We also hope more people will be moved to be kind to animals when they read about the great relationship that can be created between humans and animals.

MELON and GRAYSON were adopted by Hannah in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
“Melon was left in a condo by her previous human when they moved to another home. Their neighbor posted her picture in Facebook, looking for someone to adopt her. We immediately fell in love with her and drove all the way from Batangas to Taguig to give her a new home,” Hannah says.
Grayson was also posted in Facebook by a foster mom and Hannah decided to adopt Grayson as well.
“They both love to run around the house and to cuddle at night time," Hannah says.
BLESSING is Brackynella’s “doggy daughter. “
“Honestly, I can't imagine life without dogs or cats. She eases my anxiety. I feel very safe whenever I'm with her and stronger because I need to protect her,” says Brackynella.
She adds,”My only wish is if she could have the same lifespan as mine, but that's impossible. I wish all dogs and cats would have that kind of lifespan.”
HITLER sleeps with abandon, obviously content where she is. Owner Viel Luyo says Hitler “loves to sleep like that (it's weird, to be honest) and she also loves eating ice cream.”
“She helped me get overcome my depression, always there when I needed a hug. She's my forever cuddle buddy, although she sleeps a lot. Hahahahahaha.” Viel says
