HANDLER’S COURSE

HANDLER’S COURSE. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency conducts a K9-Unit basic handler’s course with 22 participants from the agency and its counterparts from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine National Police-Police Regional Office-Cordillera and Philippine Marines.
