Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. is accelerating residential launches this year as it expects to end 2017 with more than P60 billion worth of projects launched as demand for housing units remains strong.

Vista Land president Manuel Paolo Villar said in a press briefing he remained bullish on the residential sector this year and over the next couple of years on robust economy.

Villar said the government’s move to improve infrastructure across the country as well as the current ample liquidity in the market were factors that would further boost demand for housing.

“By end of the year, we would have launched P60 billion worth of residential projects, which is double in terms of value from last year. I am fairly confident we are going to achieve that,” Villar said.

Vista Land has launched P46.1 billion in residential projects in the first nine months of the year.
