President Rodrigo Duterta has arrived at Batasan Complex for his second State of the Nation Address (SONA).
The presidential chopper arrived at the helipad of the House of Representatives at 3:58 pm on Monday.

At the moment, he is in a holding area talking with Senate President Koko Pimentel, Senate Majority Leader Tito Sotto, House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez and other House leaders.
He is wearing a simple barong.
Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar says, the President's speech consists of 15 pages.
He may have a press conference at the House of Representatives after he delivers the SONA.
