Calmar Land Development Corporation, recently ventured into the economic housing segment in the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas (CALABARZON) market with its launch of Promesa in Barangay Bagong Poo, Pila, Laguna. Calmar Land’s project will span close to 5 hectares, with an inventory of 500 homes ranging in size from 44 to 84 square meters. Promesa is Spanish for “promise,” and reflects the developer’s commitment to contribute to the 5.5 million housing backlog in this market. At the launch were Engr. Reynaldo Calayan Jr. (3rd from left), president and CEO of Calmar Land, shaking hands wth Dennis Villavecer of the Laguna governor’s office.
