Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Ronald de la Rosa, Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez, and National Capital Region Police Director Chief Supt. Oscar Albayalde served as godfathers to 150 couples during a mass wedding held in SM Bicutan over the weekend. The new couples, residents of Parañaque’s first and second districts, have been living together for years and married to formalize their union.
