President Rodrigo Duterte recently administered the oath of office to the newly-elected national officers of the Lady Local Legislators League (4L) of the Philippines during a mass induction of local officials held at the Malacañang Palace.
The group is headed by Masbate Vice Gov. Kaye Revil (eighth from left in photo), who is also the public relations officer of the League of Vice Governors of the Philippines.
4L is the national league of lady lawmakers from the provincial to the barangay levels aimed at enhancing governance through people-centered and gender-sensitive legislation.
