RPDEV book launch

Former President Fidel V. Ramos flashes his signature thumb-up sign, joined  by book author  Melandrew T. Velasco, to formally launch the  Ramos Peace and Development Foundation's (RPDEV) book entitled "RPDEV @ 15: Our Continuing Voyage for Enduring Peace and Sustainable Development" on  April  21, 2017 at the Metropolitan Waterworks Sewage System.  The book launching coincides with the 15th anniversary of RPDEF Foundation and marks the Earth Day celebration on April 22.  The new book memorializes the multifaceted activities RPDEV has continued to pursue as part of its mission and advocacies, FVR says.
