Death toll in Cebu due to Tropical Depression ‘Crising’ has risen to nine.
Eight of those who died were from Carmen town while the ninth fatality was from Danao.

Bad weather brought heavy rains and raging floods to the province.
Many of the victims were swept away by floodwaters from the mountains, including a grandmother and a child.
The tropical depression has now become a low pressure area (LPA).
On Monday, PAGASA located the weather system 175 kilometers northwest of Coron, Palawan.
