Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo reports, the executive order that enforces nationwide smoking ban may not be signed on Tuesday as earlier expected.
He explains, the draft submitted by Health Secretary Paulyn Ubial is still undergoing some revisions.

He, however, notes, the changes are being made on just a few items.
Panelo says, the document will be signed by President Rodrigo Duterte as soon as the revisions are put in place.
The executive order states that the nationwide smoking ban covers “smoke-free public and enclosed places.”
