Personnel of the Salcedo Municipal Police Station assist men from BFAR and MENRO headed by Danilo P. Duran in rescuing a lost dolphin found at the territorial waters of Barangay Butig, Salcedo, Eastern Samar on Wednesday. Barangay residents sought help after finding the weak dolphin, which was freed farther from the shoreline.
