PAGASA weather forecaster Benison Estareja says, these provinces will experience heavy rains.

Yellow rainfall warning has been raised over Ilocos, Batanes, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac and Pampanga.
Downpours in these areas may last until about 1 pm on Monday.
Meanwhile, rains will continue to prevail over Metro Manila, Cavite and Bulacan in the next 2 to 3 hours.
Estareja cites the southwest monsoon as the cause of the weather condition.
