Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II (center) hands over the  symbolic key of a brand new ambulance from the PCSO Ambulance Donation Program to Army Col. Nelson Dancel (right) Commanding Officer of Fort Magsaysay Station Hospita in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, during a simple ceremony held recently at the PCSO head office in Mandaluyong City.
