A businesswoman was rescued while 5 ASG members were killed in a firefight with members of the Barangay Peace-keeping Action Team (BPAT) in Parang, Maguindanao. This happened as the authorities were responding to an abduction that took place at Brgy. Tampakan, Laminusam Siasi in Sulu last Tuesday.
