Newly crowned Miss Cosmo Philippines 2024 Ma. Ahtisa Manalo graced the “Launching of Miss Cosmo 2024” event, held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Tuesday. Manalo was joined by delegates from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and South Africa.
Miss Cosmo 2024 is a brand new beauty pageant, set to be held from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 in Ho Chi Minh City with so far more than 70 countries and territories around the world participating, a new record for the first edition of any pageant in history.
The Miss Cosmo organization announced the most lucrative prize ever for a pageant winner: USD 100,000 in cash, along with gifts and services valued at USD 1 million. These include a crown, a luxury apartment, a Vertu phone, a car, and access to hotels, resorts, yachts, and flights in Vietnam and worldwide.
“With our slogan ‘Impactful Beauty,’ what we are looking for is a unique beauty who can raise her voice and turn her words into tangible actions, someone with pioneer thinking and a sustainable mindset and commitment,” said Tran Viet Bao Hoang, head of the Miss Cosmo organizing committee.

Alethea Ambrosio off to Poland for Miss Supranational 2024

A simple send-off for Miss Supranational Philippines 2024 Alethea Ambrosio was held at Empire Studios in Estancia on Monday.
Ambrosio, winner of the inaugural The Miss Philippines pageant in 2023, was brimming with excitement as she looked forward to representing the country in Miss Supranational 2024, to be held in Nowy Sącz, Lesser Poland, Poland on July 6.
“It will be my first time in Europe and I’m very excited to have the opportunity to learn more about the culture of other nations,” said Ambrosio, an Economics student at De La Salle University.
Brandon Espiritu, a 29-year-old Guam-based model, entrepreneur, and licensed fitness professional, will represent the Philippines in the 8th Mister Supranational 2024, also in Nowy Sacz.
Will Ambrosio surpass the first runner-up finish of Pauline Amelinckx in Miss Supranational 2023, and will Espiritu become the first Filipino to win Mister Supranational?
