Department of Agriculture officials do a quarantine check Wednesday in Barangay San Isidro in Rodriguez—formerly Montalban—Rizal after three barangays were placed under quarantine because of the possible presence of African swine fever, a highly contagious hemorrhagic disease in pigs and boars.
