Philippine Airlines (PAL) and Xavier School have entered into a partnership, launching an initiative that marks the first corporate collaboration under PAL’s dedicated program for educational institutions.
Under the agreement, Xavier School becomes PAL’s pioneer partner school, leading the way for a program designed to make school-related travel easier, more convenient, and more enriching for students and faculty.
The program will provide the school with access to special travel privileges, streamlined booking processes, and opportunities for experiential learning beyond the classroom. It also aims to simplify travel arrangements for educational institutions, ensuring smoother logistics for trips and cultural immersions, while also offering unique experiences such as guided tours of PAL facilities and technical training programs.
“As the nation’s flag carrier, Philippine Airlines understands the importance of a reliable partner in the skies,” said Rabbi Vincent Ang, PAL express President. “Our commitment is to ensure that every journey taken by the Xavier School community is marked by safety, comfort, and genuine heartfelt care.”
“PAL has always been helpful in our major programs such as Xavier China Experience and Explore Philippines. This partnership formalizes what is already evident all along,” said Fr. Joseph Haw SJ, Xavier School President. “We look forward to elevating the delivery of our programs to greater heights with this partnership. For us, it is always an honor to fly with our country’s flag carrier.”
The ceremony was attended by key leaders from both organizations, including PAL express President Rabbi Vincent Ang, PAL Head of Philippine Sales Bryan Ang, PAL Corporate Sales Manager John Rafael Mojica, Xavier School President Fr. Joseph Haw SJ, and Xavier School Finance Officer Celia Tan (on behalf of Xavier School Treasurer Dobbin Tan).
The partnership signals the start of a fresh approach to school travel, combining convenience with meaningful opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom.
